This option is used for anchor handling. It contains settings to store all anchor actions and anchor positions.
It is only available when an Output System with the Tug Manager as its driver has been added to the Database Setup.
Make sure to first enable Show Anchor Setup in the Settings - Session Shortcuts menu to be able to view this option.
To enter the Anchors dialog go to "Settings" on the menu bar and select "Session Setup".
