Description
Driver for decoding depth from an Elac STG 721 echosounder.
The driver will decode the depth reading (if not in meters - then feet or fathoms - it will be always converted to meters), as well as the status (as the quality indicator) in both LOW and HIGH frequency mode.

In case of an error, the quality indicator of the depth observation will be 1.
