Qinsy - Shortcut keys overview

The page contains an overview of the shortcuts in different araas of Qinsy.

General shortcuts

F1	Open the Help for the diaplog that is active.

Console

Key combination	Explanation
Ctrl + F	Opens the Project folder location in Windows Explorer.
Ctrl + Alt + F	Opens the Common Files folder in Windows Explorer.
Ctrl + M	Open Project Manager to select a project.
Ctrl + Alt + Q	Open Qinsy Public Files Folder.
Ctrl + Alt + C	Open Crashdump Files Folder.
Ctrl + Alt + L	Open Explore Local Application Data.
Alt + S	Open Setup.
Alt + L	Open Survey Manager in Line Planning mode.
Alt + O	Open Online.
Alt + R	Open Replay.
Alt + Q	Open Qimera.
Alt + A	Open Survey Manager.

Key combination	Explanation
F3	Start/Stop recording.
F4	Pauze recording.
F7	Reverse active mainline.
F8	Man Over Board button.
F9	Manual Fix.
F11	Manually split database recording.
PgUp	Switch active mainline to previous line
PgDn	Switch active mainline to next line
Ctrl + F12	Force to re-calculate the current section with the closest distance across.

Displays

Key combination	Explanation
Crtl + M	Hides the Menu bar of a display.
Ctrl + S	Hides the Status bar of a display.
Crtl + T	Hides the Tool bar of a display. Note that this is not possible for some displays: Navigation display; Profile display; Controller.
Ctrl + A	Show display Always on Top
Ctrl + Left-click	Touch down point selection. Only works in the following displays: Navigation display; Swath System display.

Functionality	Keyboard shortcut
(Shift+)Tab	Step through input fields in a form.
Alt+⬇️ or F4	Toggles the dropdown menu for a selected input field
⬇️ or ⬆️	Select the next or previous value of the selected input field
F2	Edit the selected input field (numeric or text)
