Problem
We have seen that in some cases the Qinsy dongle is not recognized when a SIS dongle is also inserted into the PC.
Solution
If possible, remove the SIS dongle.
AnyDesk
Problem
Anydesk was sending commands to the remote PC is was monitoring.
This resulted in "F8" and "Ctrl+F12" commends being send which opened the following dialogs and interfered with the Qinsy recording:MOB;
Reset Line Offset Narrow search calculation.
Solution
Use another version in which this problem is solved (not known if that is available).
Or use another software package.

Qinsy 9.0.0 installs MS Access DB Engine 2016 (64 bit), which conflicts with MS Access DB Engine 2016 (32 bit) from MS Office 32-bit installation
Solution:
Remove MS Office 32 Bit and MS Access DB Engine 2016 (32 bit), re-install MS Office 64-bit
