Drivers - Laser - Teledyne Optech Polaris - Added option to select timing source
In the new API (0.21) of Teledyne Optech Polaris, the timestamp source has an effect on the timing of the system.

GPZDA → System runs in UTC time;

GPPPS → System runs in GPS time (UTC time + 18 leap seconds).
Since the system does not relay the time source information to the Qinsy driver, a setting was added in Qinsy.
So make sure the setting in the Echosounder settings (opened from the Controller) matches with what you send to the scanner.
