Qinsy 8.18.5 - Important Notes

Support for version 8

Summary: 

QINSy 8 is replaced by Qinsy 9. This means that support will end on 31st December, 2021. 

Support for QINSy 8

What will be supported until the end-of-life:

• Only versions 8.18 or higher are supported. It is recommended to use the latest Maintenance release
• Fixes and patches will in general only be for critical and blocker bugs. Less critical bugs are also candidates to be fixed but this is not guaranteed.
• The software will be tested by our test protocols for the current operating systems.
• Support questions will be answered.
• Training for QINSy 8 until 31st December 2021.
• On site support for QINSy 8 until 31st December 2021.

End-of-Life

QINSy 8 will reach end of support on 31st December, 2021. Following this date, no fixes or patches will be made available. 
Following this date issues related to QINSy 8 versions will not be processed. Support questions will no longer be answered.
No training or on site support will be given.
Note that perpetual QINSy 8 licenses will continue to function.
