Overview XTF records
This page gives an overview of the type of records that can be exported to XTF.
Some record types can be created from the native QPS database records so no extra storage of raw data packets is required.
- Position,
- Attitude,
- Sidescan,
- QPS_SingleBeam,
- QPS_MultiTx,
- QPS_Multibeam
However for the majority of the multibeam raw data records it is necessary to activate Raw Data Storage options in Database Setup for the specific multibeam system.

*) When Registry key "Store old Reson Position Record" is set to 1 for XTF Export or DrvDbOut it is still possible to export to the Record type XTF_HEADER_POSITION(100) but since this a depreciated record this is not advised.
