Qinsy 9.0.0 Release

We're pleased to present Qinsy version 9.0.0. In this release, we introduce new functionality, with a focus on cross product features between Qinsy and Qimera, along with many improvements that were requested. Read below for details.
Important notice
In order to use Qinsy 9 an upgrade to your QINSy 8 license is needed. All users will need to get in contact with Sales on how to obtain a new license.
