Video Player Dock 

The Video Player Dock is where video files can be loaded and viewed. 

The Time Bar is integrated with the Video Player Dock, such that video with time will advance with and track together with other objects having time in the scene.  In particular, the Vessel Trackline object which can have time and the Image Collection object, which also has time.
